SEOEA Requirements for the SEOEA Pam Smith Pacesetter Award have been announced and are as follows:
1. Locals must have at least one member attend both SEOEA Representative Assemblies in each new school year.
2. Locals must have at least one member attend The SEOEA Fall Workshop and the SEOEA Spring Issue Conference in each new school year.
3. Locals must have at least 10% membership participation in OEA Fund in each new school year.
4. When all three requirements are met by the local, SEOEA will present the local union a certificate and a $100 check.
* Each new school year is defined as from August thru July.
